Project Brief
Workfeed is a platform which brings together businesses and direct users.The main objective of this application is for trades businesses to manage their online presence in order to get the right customer enquiries. Individual jobs can be posted from workfeed mobile app and people can easily find trades by searching for relevant work completed in nearby areas through the website. For users, its very helpful since they can see the type, frequency, location and quality of work done by a trades business and be comfortable that they are choosing the right one.

Business Profile: Businesses can create their own profile on the app, they can choose the categories of their relevant work and proceed further by filling the relevant information regarding their work.
Completed Job: Through this app, businesses can add their job in the app after choosing relevant categories and services.
This app has features like:
a) Share instant pictures of the work done.
b) Choose the work category like electrician, plumber etc
c) Sharing their work locations.
In this way businesses save time by attracting the right enquiries and people save time by finding the right business faster.
Upload High Resolution images: One of the most important functions built for the application is for the traders to be able to add a number of high resolution images to showcase their work. As the customers walks through the page, they can see the exact work done with the help of images.
Traders Profile on the website and all collected Jobs: This web application allows users to click traders profile and view the different kinds of jobs which traders have performed.
Categorization: One of the Main features in this app is allowing trade businesses to select different work categories like electrical, lighting and HVAC etc.This is helpful for the front end users to directly hit to the required category and find the relevant traders.
Location based Features: Allowing users to know and interact more with people nearby location with similar offers. Users can search listing with suburb information and selection of categories options.
Job listing: This app shows the listing of jobs with the information of their relevant work like Images, job category, country and date so thats easy way for people to figure out the requirements.
Website: Since the app is available on web, iOS and Android, the traders can add their jobs from IOS and android app which will reflect same on the website for users to see. Here how the jobs are shown to users on the website:

Backend and Web Services : Ensuring the security and performance of the applications the website was built in Laravel with SSL implementation. Complete development of the project has been done in the view point of code reusability for web and mobile functions. There are lots of web services built for the mobile apps to interact flawlessly with the web. We also allowed Admin to remove and deactivate the business job list and business profile from the backend.

b) Categorized the jobs and business according to selected category, service or country.
c) View and delete the particular job and business.
Deactivate and activate business profile from the backend.
