Project Brief
Dikonia was contracted with the job to build a compelling website for the company’s processes and services. We chose WordPress as the underlying stack for the website and carried out a complete custom design overhaul for the website, which exceeded client expectations. As the target audience of the website was going to be IT professionals and other high organisations, great emphasis was laid to make the website “User-Friendly”.
A fully optimized news corner is integrated in this website that brings the latest news and headlines about the company. The backend is configured in WordPress that allows the Admin easily change the content or any images on the website.

Case Study
Custom Design: It was the design team whose skills were put to test in this project. The design had not only to be attractive to users but also portray the company’s success in the events. Images, colors and other design patterns were very creatively used to design the website. It was made sure that the website was made equally attractive on the mobile screens as well.
User Friendly: As the target audience of the website was going to be IT professionals and other high organisations, great emphasis was laid to make the website user-friendly. Information on the Projects and the ability to contact the service providers was kept very simple and easily accessible.
Features: Users can easily request the services by following a few simple steps:
a) Choose the operating system. b) Input the number of devices for the service request. c) Basically, 3 types of services are provided i.e. Remote Support, On-Site Hardware support, On-Site IT support. Users can pick the desired service to proceed further. d) On the basis of given data and the number of hours, the cost calculator calculates the service amount.
News Corner: A fully optimized news corner is integrated in this website that brings the latest news and headlines about MDS around the world. A news filter is also placed in the website, that distinguish the recent posts, updates between all the other news activities in the same year or in the previous year.
CMS: WordPress was used as backend CMS development technology for the website to allow the owners easily manage all the content and images of the website. The backend is carefully configured to allow the Admin easily change the content or any images on the website. Different sections are named in the backend pages as they appear on the website so that the admin can easily reach out where update is to be done.
